Gracias a Dios is the conclusion of four years of hard work. Created to share with the world their pride and commitment to popular Mexican culture, its customs and food through the taste of a great mezcal, made according to fair trade processes. A handmade 100% agave mezcal, distilled in a ‘Palenque,” or mezcal factory in Matatlan, Oaxaca, with the help of maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernandez. With a strong and aromatic flavor, these spirits are the result of a long quest to find the best mezcal.
Gracias a Dios Esdapin Joven – 45% ABV
Smoke and spice right off the bat, followed by fruit and slight astringency. Same on attack, with spice rising and smoke ever-present; in the palate spices and smokiness give way to the sweet fruits and hint of citrus. Dry and spicy on the finish. Well balanced and great flavour profile. Available in 750ml

Wood polish and spicy oak, wild herbs and citrus pith. Spice, controlled smoke and oak, mint and fruity; more spice and rising oak. Balanced and fragrant, with nice earthy notes, good palate development, a nice array of fruit smoke, spice and controlled oak.

Gracias a Dios Tobala - Tobola – 45% ABV
Made from 12+ year old wild Tobalá Agave species. Vegetal and funky, with rubber notes of smoke and peat; deep and long, nuanced, engaging; smoke rising in strength. Balanced and complex on the palate, with integration of discreet fruit and spice, and a hint of lime skinlate. Perfect oiliness.
